I have a wealth of experience from many multi-day events and love passing that experience on to others to help them achieve incredible things.
There is no standard formula, so all my coaching is designed around your individual needs. I've trained for the same race ten times and each time my training has been different, because I was starting from a different level of fitness, had different time constraints, different levels of motivation, different ambitions and different fears.
After an initial free discussion (either by phone or email or face-to-face, if you are in the South West) if you want to proceed we will work on a training plan and what level of support you need.
Typically, this will be a plan of key sessions and races leading up to your event. I will provide email and telephone support during that period as well as giving advice and tips on race equipment, nutrition and mental strategies.
You can expect
This will depend on your needs, however a period of support (up t0 16 weeks) will be in the region of £150.
